For now, we only ship within India, but if you're outside India, you can contact us and we'll find a way to get your order to you even if we have to hitchhike across the galaxy! Our standard shipping method is a one-size-fits-all solution, and the shipping cost is visible during checkout so that you know exactly what you're getting into.

We know that you're super excited to receive your order, but patience is a virtue, right? Shipping usually takes between 1 to 7 days, so in the meantime, why not practice some magic tricks? We can't promise that your package will arrive on time since we can't control the weather, but we can promise that we'll keep you in the loop if there are any unexpected delays or disruptions. And don't worry, we'll do everything in our power to get the product to you as soon as possible!

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, we'll make things right. We'll either exchange your damaged product for a brand-spanking-new one or offer a full refund. Just make sure you let us know within the day of receiving your order!

We offer package tracking, so you can keep an eye on your order as they make their way to you. And while we love the idea of a fancy signature upon delivery, we figured that you'd rather not have to put on pants or makeup to receive your package, so we'll skip that part.

Just a heads up, we don't process your order on weekends or holidays since we're probably busy binging our favorite shows or spending quality time with our loved ones. But don't worry, we'll be back in action as soon as possible!

refund & cancellation policy

PREM CHIRAG SHAH believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

​

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

• PREM CHIRAG SHAH does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

• In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within Only same day days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within Only same day days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

• In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the PREM CHIRAG SHAH, it’ll take 16-30 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
